The Plant Controller is a strategic finance leader responsible for overseeing financial operations across multiple manufacturing facilities. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, drives operational efficiency, and supports decision‑making aligned with corporate goals. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for each plant.
• Consolidate financial results and provide executive‑level reporting.
• Monitor and improve plant‑level KPIs.
• Manage standard costing and variance analysis.
• Oversee inventory valuation and reconciliation across sites.
• Partner with operations to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with plant managers and leads to align financial and operational strategies.
• Support capital expenditure planning and ROI analysis.
• Participate in cross‑functional initiatives to improve productivity.
• Maintain and enhance ERP/accounting systems in coordination with the CFO.
• Ensure timely and accurate month‑end close processes.
• Implement internal controls and ensure compliance with corporate policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, with multi‑site responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial reporting, and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in food manufacturing or a similar industry.
