Job Responsibilities:
- Reconcile bank accounts, general ledger accounts, and financial records to ensure accuracy
- Manage accounts payable and corporate credit card activity with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead the monthly close process and prepare timely, GAAP-compliant financial statements
- Collaborate with teams to develop budgets and rolling forecasts for strategic planning
- Support audit preparation and maintain documentation for compliance and readiness
- Provide budget-to-actual analysis and reporting for leadership and external stakeholders
- Refine accounting processes and strengthen internal controls with finance leadership
- Assist in integrating financial systems and platforms to support organizational growth
- Identify and implement tools that improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency
- Act as a financial thought partner to cross-functional teams across the organization
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Demonstrate experience in nonprofit financial management and reporting
- Show proficiency in GAAP and financial statement preparation
- Possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Bring experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
