Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements for multiple entities with accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform bank and balance sheet account reconciliations regularly.
- Record journal entries and financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards.
- Process intercompany transactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Collaborate with property managers on deposits, tenant charges, and invoice processing.
- Assist with cash tracking and treasury functions to support financial operations.
- Contribute to annual budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with external CPAs for year-end tax preparation and filings.
- Provide documentation and support for year-end audits and financial reviews.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions as needed.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of general ledger accounting experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Pro, Outlook, and Word.
- Exhibit strong analytical thinking and the ability to develop logical solutions.
- Communicate effectively and work well under deadlines in a high-volume, multi-entity environment.
