Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and reconcile General Ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standards.
- Assist with month-end and quarter-end close processes, providing key financial insights and adjustments.
- Support financial analysis and reporting, collaborating with internal teams to optimize accounting operations.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data to maintain integrity and accuracy.
- Provide expert guidance on accounting best practices and recommend process improvements.
- Hold a CPA certification or possess equivalent accounting experience.
- Demonstrate proven expertise in General Ledger accounting, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Maintain a strong understanding of financial services industry standards and best practices.
- Adapt quickly and deliver value-driven solutions within a short-term contract setting.
- Exhibit exceptional problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of accounting principles to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making.
- Utilize advanced financial software and accounting tools to enhance reporting accuracy.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills for financial forecasting and strategic planning.
- Uphold professionalism and integrity while managing confidential financial data.
