Since our founding in 2022, Brikwell’s portfolio has grown to 10 communities totaling 1,225 units, with a combined cost basis of $147M. With three additional properties under contract, the portfolio is on track to exceed 1,500 units and $179M in cost basis.

As we continue to grow, Brikwell is expanding its Asset Management team to ensure high quality execution and lasting impact in the communities we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Brikwell is looking for an analyst to join its team in Denver to assist with the asset management of multifamily real estate assets and the business operations of Brikwell’s platform.

Brikwell is seeking a values‑aligned individual who is passionate about learning. One who is an analytical problem solver who works well at completing tasks independently but knows how to ask for help. The ideal candidate will love the details, building systems and processes, and iterative improvement on repetitive tasks. They will need strong communication and organizational skills and must be capable of managing relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders and team members.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-3 years of experience with real estate or accounting (relevant coursework included)
  • A Passion to work with people
  • Attention to detail and a love for organization
  • Strong quantitative and analytical problem‑solving skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word along with the Google suite of products and desire to learn and manage new and emerging technologies
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Self‑motivated, continual learner who is curious, and innovative and can ask for help
  • Strong work ethic with ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to multi‑task and work proficiently as part of a team
COMPENSATION
  • Salary: $60,000-$80,000, based on experience
  • Bonus:
    Up to 10% discretionary, based on performance
