Position: Income Tax Senior Analyst
Zayo is seeking an
** Income Tax Senior Analyst
** to join our growing Tax team to
** Job Functions & Responsibilities:
** Perform tax research and analysis as required to ensure the company is in compliance with statutory and legal requirements

* Minimum Qualifications:

*
* * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
* In-depth understanding of corporate tax compliance, including US federal and state returns
* Ability to effectively set priorities, manage multiple tasks and deadlines, flexible work schedule, and produce quality work while dealing with interruptions
* Excellent planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to change
* Strong work ethic and high attention to detail

Minimum of 4 (four) years of work experience in income taxation with an accounting firm and/or large corporation

Experience with income tax provisions under ASC 740 Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other data manipulation programs Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative

Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills

* Preferred Qualifications:

** Experience with state income tax

Experience with international tax, or willingness to learn

Experience with tax provision, compliance, research, and data manipulation software (e.g., One Source, RIA, Alteryx, etc.)
