** Requirements:
*** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
* At least 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, Investment Banking, or a related financial role, with a preference for experience in healthcare or a related industry
* Proven expertise in financial modeling and data analysis with a strong command of Excel and other analytical tools
* Experience managing financial processes and projects
* Strong communication and presentation skills to share business updates and recommendations to team leaders and key stakeholders
* Team-player able to work collaboratively within HSG Finance and alongside our stakeholders
* Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a team
** Responsibilities:
*** Lead monthly and quarterly treatment volume financial reporting, providing results, variance analysis, and insights for decision-making
* Lead in-year and long-term strategic planning forecasting processes for treatment volume finance lane
* Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights, business drivers, and key metrics to internal stakeholders
* Identify & lead work streams to improve financial processes
* Provide detailed analyses of key operational data to measure the ongoing performance of the business
* Provide analytical support to clinical and operational teammates, enhancing decision making processes
* Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
* Responsible for talent acquisition, development, and retention within the team
