Manager​/Director of Finance - Energy Infrastructure

Madison Hunt is partnering with a leading midstream energy infrastructure platform backed by a top-tier alternative asset manager, operating critical natural gas pipelines, carbon transport systems, and clean energy infrastructure across major North American markets. The company is building out its Capital Markets & Project Finance function to support organic growth initiatives, energy transition investments, and infrastructure financing activities.

• Partner with VP of Finance and executive team on capital allocation strategy, project finance execution, and capital markets initiatives across traditional midstream and clean energy infrastructure
• Lead financial modeling and structuring for project-level debt, tax equity, and other financing solutions supporting the company's growth pipeline
• Manage relationships with institutional investors, lenders, and financial sponsors while overseeing treasury functions and corporate FP&A
• Provide strategic counsel on M&A, capital deployment, and financing strategies for large-scale infrastructure projects

• Project finance, infrastructure debt, capital markets, or investment banking background with strong experience structuring energy and infrastructure financings
• Deep financial modeling expertise with track record executing complex financing transactions and partnering with senior leadership
• Midstream, energy infrastructure, power, or renewables background preferred; thrives in fast-paced, sponsor-backed environments
