Portfolio Manager to join our Commercial Real Estate (CRE) group in Denver, COThis role focuses on providing analysis, support, and service for the bank-wide loan portfolio as directly by the line of the business leader.
Essential Functions:- Knowledge of various types of loans, credit analysis, spreading and analyzing financial statements, risk analysis, credit scoring, loan documentation, etc.
- Knowledge of banking products, services, policies, procedures and regulations.
- Solid credit skills in underwriting, financial modeling, valuations and adherence to policy.
- Requires solid customer service, relationship, organizational, analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Must have solid communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of various software applications including word processing and spreadsheets.
- Requires a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or other related field and 2+ years of banking, relationship management, lending, underwriting and credit experience or other directly related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
- 4+ years of direct CRE underwriting experience preferred.
- Ability to work with various types of computer software, word processing, spreadsheets, etc.
- Strong understanding of credit analysis, identification of credit risk, loan structure, loan documentation, etc.
- Required good PC skills.
- Must have good oral and written communication skills needed to accurately convey questions, conclusions, and recommendations.
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $85,000 - $120,000 annually depending on job-related factors.
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors such as but not limited to, level of experience, skills, expertise, location, education, and certifications.
