Senior FP&A Analyst

POSITION OVERVIEW

Senior FP&A Analyst will play a critical part in driving strategic business decisions, financial planning, and operational excellence across the organization. To be successful in this role, the Senior FP&A Analyst must be a critical thinker, skilled communicator, and collaborative partner who can deliver clear financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.

5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related field.

Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with strong attention to detail.

Experience with financial planning tools and BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.

Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial insights to strategic objectives.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to executive and non‑financial stakeholders.

Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence decision‑making.

Self‑starter with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Ability to work in the office full‑time with the Denver‑based leadership team.

This position will be based full‑time out of our FRONTSTEPS' Denver, CO headquarters and pays an annual salary of $90,000 – $125,000.
