We are seeking a driven, client-focused Private Wealth Associate who is eager to grow into a long-term advisory role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on with financial planning, values meaningful client relationships, and wants a clear path toward deeper advisory influence over time.
You will partner closely with a Private Wealth Advisor, playing a critical role in preparing, delivering, and evolving holistic financial plans—while progressively stepping into more client-facing and advisory responsibilities.

Client Experience & Inbound Support- Serve as a trusted point of contact for inbound client requests
, ensuring timely, thoughtful follow-up. - Step in seamlessly to support clients when the advisor is in meetings or unavailable.
- Build confidence answering increasingly complex client questions as your planning knowledge deepens.
- Communicate directly with clients—this role is designed for someone who wants to be seen, heard, and trusted by clients over time.
- Independently managing inbound servicing needs
- Confidently supporting clients during advisor meetings
- Demonstrating strong ownership of client situations and planning details
- Prepare client cases and materials for meetings, including planning updates, portfolio reviews, and scenario analysis.
- Build, maintain, and refine holistic financial plans for new and existing clients.
- Execute trades and implement planning updates with precision and care.
- Translate client goals into actionable strategies across:
- Investments & portfolio construction
- Retirement planning & income distribution
- Estate planning concepts
- Insurance analysis (Life, Disability, Long-Term Care)
- Cash flow & liability management
- Tax-aware strategies
- Education funding
- Major purchases & long-term savings goals
- Business planning considerations
- Partner closely with the Private Wealth Advisor to refine recommendations and elevate client outcomes.
- Gradually take on greater advisory influence
, including participation in plan delivery and client education. - Over time, assume responsibility for select client relationships as trust and expertise grow.
- Contribute ideas to improve planning workflows, service models, and client experience.
- Leverage industry-leading tools to support planning and execution, including:
- Envestnet
- NetX
360 - eMoney
- Ensure client data, plans, and interactions are accurately documented in the CRM.
This role is built for someone who wants to grow, lead, and make an impact:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- CFP® designation strongly preferred (or actively pursuing)
- Experience supporting high-net-worth or mass-affluent clients
- Comfortable and confident interacting directly with clients
- Curious, coachable, and motivated to expand advisory responsibilities
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Clear communicator who enjoys translating complex concepts into client-friendly language
- A clear path to expanded advisory responsibility and relationship ownership
- Mentorship from an experienced Private Wealth Advisor
- Direct exposure to complex planning scenarios and meaningful client relationships
