As an Operations Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for strengthening the service experience for mutual fund customers, financial advisors, and institutional trading partners. You will partner with service providers and cross‑functionally within the Operations Department to produce an exceptional client experience. You will provide oversight of service providers and other vendors to ensure service level agreements are being met or exceeded, recognize trends, resolve systemic issues, and drive procedural improvements.
