POSITION SUMMARY: This role is a team member of the Global Mobility Team, reporting to the FP&A Manager, Global Mobility. The Pricing Analyst position will be responsible for assignments in the mobility pricing roles in charge of the pricing analysis across different regions. In this role, employees will work cooperatively with internal stakeholders (regional BD, product and pricing team) to meet profitability goals through development and execution of pricing and profit strategies.

This role will also be responsible for completing strategic pricing and data analytics that are highly visible within the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Impact and profitability analysis for special pricing agreements and quote delivery
• Strategic pricing and data analysis
• Manage and govern major price rebate programs to ensure margin protection and compliance
• Deliver monthly pricing performance analysis, forecast, and budget
• Own the annual Global Bicycle Master Price List and Global MPS Belt List Price, ensuring global consistency
• Define and maintain Bicycle customer price classes to support disciplined pricing execution
• New product pricing and positioning strategies in collaboration with product and commercial teams
• Support additional pricing inquiries and tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum: BS/BA or equivalent (3 years of experience) with 1 year of pricing experience.
• Preferred: BS/BA or equivalent (6 years of experience) with 2-5 years' experience in the areas of Pricing, Financial Analysis, Business Analysis, Finance, Accounting, Accounts Receivable or Billing.

• Self‑motivated, capable of seeking quality solutions and continuously focusing on process improvements, while keeping the needs of the business in the forefront.
• Intermediate to Advanced computer and PC skills including Microsoft Excel.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
• Relocation is not provided
