Position Title:
Experienced Independent Financial Advisor or Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) Seeking Growth Platform or Succession Solution
Location:
United States (Remote-friendly | Hybrid options in multiple states)

- Accelerate organic growth with institutional-caliber marketing, lead generation, and centers of influence support
- Create immediate enterprise value and future liquidity through succession or continuity planning

Ideal Candidates
You are currently:
- An independent financial advisor (Series 65 or 7/66) or owner of a registered investment adviser firm
- Managing $25 million – $500+ million in AUM
- Generating $250k – $5M+ in annual revenue
- Fee-only or fee-based (we support both)
- Frustrated with compliance, technology, HR, or back-office overhead
- Seeking higher payouts, better technology, and real marketing support
- Contemplating succession within the next 0-10 years but want to keep running your practice in the meantime
