In this role, you will support corporate development, treasury, and capital markets activities, working closely with finance, development, and corporate strategy teams. Your responsibilities will include financial modeling, capital markets analysis, and support of debt and equity financing initiatives. This position is well suited for someone energized by complex capital structures, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a growing platform.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance robust financial models to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Support investment analysis across lease pricing, power cost, and ground up acquisition and development activities
- Support responses to lender and rating agency due diligence requests, and contribute to corporate finance initiatives including capital structure analysis and liquidity forecasting
- Analyze short- and long-term cash needs across funding sources, perform variance analyses, and support recommendations related to liquidity management and Treasury operations
- Assist in the administration of borrowing and collateral funding facilities, including draws, paydowns, covenant tracking, and alignment with facility terms
- Perform monthly covenant compliance analyses at the project and platform levels; support cost-benefit analyses of interest rate hedging strategies (swaps, caps)
- Support relationship management with banks, investors, and other external stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and modeling efficiency through automation or improved workflows
- Collaborate with accounting, legal, development, and operations teams to ensure alignment on financial analysis, execution, and compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required)
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development, project finance, capital markets, or related areas
- Strong financial modeling skills, with experience supporting multiple transaction types or strategic analyses
- Experience preparing pitch decks, investment memoranda, lender materials, and investor presentations
- Exposure to project finance or structured finance transactions (e.g., bonds, ABS, CMBS) is preferred
- Working knowledge of debt financing structures, credit facilities, covenant mechanics, and interest rate hedging instruments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and interact with external partners

Includes equity compensation and a performance-based annual bonus. - Base salary range: $110,000–$150,000, depending on experience.
- In-office expectations: This role requires in-office presence four days per week
- Denver-based roles: This role is located in downtown Denver, with parking provided at no cost to the successful candidate
