Private Wealth Associate

We are seeking a driven, client-focused Private Wealth Associate who is eager to grow into a long-term advisory role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on with financial planning, values meaningful client relationships, and wants a clear path toward deeper advisory influence over time.

You will partner closely with a Private Wealth Advisor, playing a critical role in preparing, delivering, and evolving holistic financial plans—while progressively stepping into more client-facing and advisory responsibilities.

What This Role Offers

This is more than a service role—it’s an opportunity to build toward an advisory future while making a real impact from day one.

Client Experience & Inbound Support
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for inbound client requests
    , ensuring timely, thoughtful follow-up.
  • Step in seamlessly to support clients when the advisor is in meetings or unavailable.
  • Build confidence answering increasingly complex client questions as your planning knowledge deepens.
  • Communicate directly with clients—this role is designed for someone who wants to be seen, heard, and trusted by clients over time.
Success in the first 6 months looks like:
  • Independently managing inbound servicing needs
  • Confidently supporting clients during advisor meetings
  • Demonstrating strong ownership of client situations and planning details
Planning Preparation & Execution
  • Prepare client cases and materials for meetings, including planning updates, portfolio reviews, and scenario analysis.
  • Build, maintain, and refine holistic financial plans for new and existing clients.
  • Execute trades and implement planning updates with precision and care.
  • Translate client goals into actionable strategies across:
    • Investments & portfolio construction
    • Retirement planning & income distribution
    • Estate planning concepts
    • Insurance analysis (Life, Disability, Long-Term Care)
    • Cash flow & liability management
    • Tax-aware strategies
    • Education funding
    • Major purchases & long-term savings goals
    • Business planning considerations
Advisory Growth & Relationship Ownership
  • Partner closely with the Private Wealth Advisor to refine recommendations and elevate client outcomes.
  • Gradually take on greater advisory influence
, including participation in plan delivery and client education.
  • Over time, assume responsibility for select client relationships as trust and expertise grow.
  • Contribute ideas to improve planning workflows, service models, and client experience.
Technology & Systems Mastery
  • Leverage industry-leading tools to support planning and execution, including:
    • Envestnet
    • NetX
      360
    • eMoney
  • Ensure client data, plans, and interactions are accurately documented in the CRM.
Who Thrives in This Role

This role is built for someone who wants to grow, lead, and make an impact:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • CFP® designation strongly preferred (or actively pursuing)
  • Experience supporting high-net-worth or mass-affluent clients
  • Comfortable and confident interacting directly with clients
  • Curious, coachable, and motivated to expand advisory responsibilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Clear communicator who enjoys translating complex concepts into client-friendly language
Why Join Our Team
