What You Will Own & Influence
- Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders in accordance with both US GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Analyze job cost reporting and project profitability, partnering with operations to drive margin improvement.
- Support annual budgeting and financial forecasting, helping shape the company’s forward-looking strategy.
- Develop financial analysis tools to evaluate corporate initiatives, investments, and special projects.
- Assist with annual financial audits, including preparation of detailed audit work papers and coordination with external auditors.
- Contribute to quarterly MD&A reporting, helping tell the financial story behind the numbers.
- Reconcile intercompany transactions across multiple currencies, ensuring global accuracy and compliance.

What you bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and CPA (preferred)
- Strong technical accounting knowledge (US GAAP & IFRS)
- Experience in engineering, construction, or project-based industries
- 7-10 years of complex accounting experience, 3-5 years of supervisory experience
- Advanced analytical and modeling skills
- Audit coordination experience
- Confidence working with multi-entity, multi-currency structures
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Salary: $120-150K + bonus potential
