Overview
Kutak Rock LLP seeks an experienced lateral attorney to join the firm’s Tax Credit Finance practice. The role involves handling a variety of transactional matters, including tax, energy, debt, equity financing, and real estate matters, while working closely with experienced partners. Ideal candidates are interested in joining a growing transactional practice covering deals across the country involving partnerships, corporations, tax credits, real estate, and secured lending/equity finance.

Education and Experience
- Active bar license in good standing in the office location jurisdiction
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Tax and tax credits, partnerships, corporations, real estate, or secured lending and equity finance
- Portability of book of business is preferred but not required
Status: Exempt
Salary Range: $180,000–$300,000+ base salary per year
Work Arrangement: Hybrid in Atlanta, Chicago, Philadelphia, Richmond, or Washington, D.C.
