We're looking for a strategic financial leader to join our team as Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. In this role, you'll be at the heart of how Absence Soft plans for the future - partnering with executive leaders, driving smarter forecasting, and translating financial data into insights that shape our growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Lead the development and execution of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
* Manage, mentor, and develop the FP&A team, fostering alignment with organizational goals and professional growth.
* Provide financial insights and analysis to support executive and board-level decision-making, including direct reporting to the CFO.
* Partner with Sales and Marketing to forecast ARR, and collaborate with department leaders on performance insights and variance analysis.
* Develop and enhance financial models to evaluate business scenarios, strategic initiatives, investments, and partnerships.
* Drive process improvements and automation to increase efficiency in financial reporting, while supporting month-end and quarter-end close processes with Accounting.
* Participate in a highly compliant environment and assist in maintaining company security and compliance controls

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
* 7-10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
* Strong background in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, with advanced Excel skills.
* Enthusiasm for a hybrid work environment, with approximately 3 days per week of in-office presence in our downtown Denver location.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* High attention to detail, strong business acumen, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in financial systems such as Cube, Pigment, and Net Suite.

Final compensation is determined based on a candidate's relevant experience, skills, education, and geographic location. This position is also eligible for annual bonus.
