The AP-AR Coordinator will provide accurate, timely, and accessible financial information that will allow the team to make well-informed financial decisions to support the business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter, with strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION:
The hourly rate for this position is $22.00 to $24.00.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in month end close activities
  • Understand AP/AR processes
  • Be able to troubleshoot and solve process issues
  • Provide backup for month end close process
  • Maintain service level agreements and key performance indicators
  • Respond timely to inquiries, research, and resolve discrepancies
  • Compile and review financial information
  • Act as liaison with internal departments and external clients
  • Execute multiple projects and assignments without error with high attention to detail
  • Help cultivate an environment of continuous improvement
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and various levels of leadership
  • Participate in planning sessions to answer questions and offer suggestions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • A problem solver and a team player
  • Strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail
