The AP-AR Coordinator will provide accurate, timely, and accessible financial information that will allow the team to make well-informed financial decisions to support the business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter, with strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Compensation DataCOMPENSATION:
The hourly rate for this position is $22.00 to $24.00.

Job Responsibilities- Assist in month end close activities
- Understand AP/AR processes
- Be able to troubleshoot and solve process issues
- Provide backup for month end close process
- Maintain service level agreements and key performance indicators
- Respond timely to inquiries, research, and resolve discrepancies
- Compile and review financial information
- Act as liaison with internal departments and external clients
- Execute multiple projects and assignments without error with high attention to detail
- Help cultivate an environment of continuous improvement
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and various levels of leadership
- Participate in planning sessions to answer questions and offer suggestions
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office
- A problem solver and a team player
- Strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail
