Job Description & How to Apply Below

A growing independent, fiduciary wealth management firm in the Denver Metropolitan Area is seeking a relationship-driven Financial Advisor to join its Lead Advisor development track. This is an exceptional opportunity for an advisor with two or more years of experience who is ready to grow within a collaborative, planning-focused environment built on mentorship, deep client relationships, and long-term career development.

The firm operates with a highly client-centric philosophy and provides advisors with a structured support system, established operational infrastructure, and access to qualified prospective client opportunities as advisors progress through training milestones. Advisors work closely with senior team members while continuing to build expertise across comprehensive retirement planning, investment management, tax strategy, healthcare planning, and legacy planning.

This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a relationship-focused environment, values long-term client engagement, and wants a proven system—rather than a cold-prospecting model.

The Financial Advisor will work directly with individuals and families to develop and implement personalized financial strategies tailored to retirement readiness, investment objectives, tax considerations, risk management, and long-term financial goals. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to clients while collaborating with senior advisors, operations professionals, and planning teams to deliver a seamless, exceptional client experience.

Leads: Firm-generated qualified leads provided once training milestones are met—no cold prospecting required
