This position is located in Denver, CO, within PNC Wealth Management. Financial Advisors work in a bank branch, collaborating closely with other branches to manage an assigned book of business. The role involves strategy development, client engagement, and support across investment and insurance solutions, guided by a comprehensive, holistic approach.

Responsibilities- Consult on investment and insurance strategies, as well as the development of financial plans for clients.
- Grow and retain an investment and insurance book of business.
- Own the client experience, efficiently handling sales and service, identifying opportunities, executing sales, and making referrals to internal business partners.
- Acquire, expand, and maintain client relationships through business development and networking.
- Grow client loyalty and share of wallet through an exceptional client experience.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve client problems appropriately and efficiently.
- Develop and implement investment and insurance strategies for clients.
- Determine the best products to support such strategies.
- Present sound financial recommendations and guidance to clients.
- Establish individual financial plans based on client financial needs and objectives.
- Monitor financial plans and recommend changes as needed.
- Actively and regularly coach and educate branch staff and internal business partners to identify investment opportunities.
- Drive investment education and visibility among branch staff.
- Lead the branch team on actions to achieve investment results in partnership with the branch manager and/or investment sales associate.
- Show urgency with activities and lead by example.
- Maintain regular and effective communication with internal and external partners to build strong referral relationships.
- Regularly meet with branch manager and other internal partners to communicate and review business results and pipeline management.
- Meet service level agreements on lead and referral follow‑up.
- Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines.
