Financial Analyst
Ibotta is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our innovative team and help make every purchase rewarding. This role will conduct research, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to improve our strategies and performance. It also involves developing and maintaining financial models, and preparing reports and presentations for senior management.
Location & Work ArrangementDenver, Colorado. Hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States. If not based in Denver, a relocation bonus will be offered to support your move to the Mile High City.
What you will be doing- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in Marketing, Technology, and Sales & Revenue landscapes.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast expenses and return on investment.
- Prepare reports and presentations communicating analysis results to senior management, investors, and the Board.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to implement new initiatives and optimize existing marketing processes.
- Participate in annual planning, budgeting, and ongoing monthly re‑forecasting under team leadership.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends in data analytics and financial modeling.

What we are looking for- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Strong problem‑solving, data manipulation, and analysis skills.
- Financial modeling experience building operational, ROI, CAC/LTV, cohort analysis, and marketing campaign models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with BI, data analysis, and/or FP&A planning software.
- Bonus: SQL, Adaptive Insights, Salesforce, Net Suite, Looker, Mode Analytics.
- Authorised to work full‑time in the United States.
- Base compensation: $95,000 – $105,000 per year.
- Variable component in addition to base salary.
