Controller Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, payroll support, and fixed assets
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Ensure accurate, timely, and audit-ready financial reporting
• Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes and documentation
• Controller will partner with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Manage and develop the accounting team while scaling the function

Controller Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibility
• Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP, month-end close, and financial reporting
• Experience with accounting systems and tools such as Quick Books, ERP platforms, and Excel
