** Position Summary
** This role is a blended Client Services Operations and Data Analyst position within Ares Wealth Management Solutions (AWMS). The position supports the AWMS Client Services department across investor servicing, transfer agency oversight, and data operations, with a strong emphasis on data integrity, workflow coordination, and cross‐functional execution.

The individual will serve as both an operational coordinator and a data-focused resource—helping manage complex, overlapping processing cycles (subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, commissions, and tax reporting), while also validating data, responding to internal data requests, and identifying opportunities to improve processes through technology and automation. This role requires strong organizational skills, analytical capability, and comfort operating in a fast‐paced, highly collaborative environment.
** Primary Functions & Responsibilities
**** Operations & Project Coordination
*** Develop, implement, and maintain workflow management tools to track recurring processes, deadlines, and ad hoc initiatives across the AWMS Client Services team.
* Coordinate critical operational timelines, including subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, commissions, and reporting cycles.
* Serve as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors (e.g., transfer agents, technology providers, broker‐dealers), ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
* Organize and facilitate recurring team meetings, status reporting, and documentation to promote transparency and execution discipline.
