Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) – Job Overview

As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you will obtain Securities Industry licenses and develop the foundational skills to advise clients on their financial picture, building and managing relationships to help them reach their financial goals.

• Obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series7, and Series
  66 licenses (or 63&65 in lieu of 66) within the specified timelines.
• Acquire, build and manage client relationships through a consultative approach.
• Deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence, recommending strategies to achieve financial goals.
• Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with Bank of America and Merrill solutions.
• Maintain SAFE Act registration and complete the required background check; failure to hold valid registration may result in immediate termination.

• Self‑disciplined time and capacity management.
• Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technology or applications.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Achievement of SIE certification within 30 days of hire and Series7&66 certification within 120 days.

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• Minimum one year of financial services or sales experience.
• Existing FINRA SIE certification.
• Business acumen, risk management, and portfolio management knowledge.
• Executive presence and oral communication skills.

• Hourly pay range $28.85 to $33.65, based on experience, education and skill set.
• Base compensation only – no incentive eligibility.
