Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

S+H Search is partnering with a rapidly growing, PE-backed organization in the Denver market that is seeking a Director of FP&A to help build and scale the financial planning function during an exciting period of growth.

This newly created leadership role will own enterprise forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, executive reporting, and operational analytics across multiple business units. The position offers significant visibility with executive leadership and private equity stakeholders while helping shape financial strategy for a multi-market platform.

• 7+ years of progressive FP&A, finance, or accounting leadership experience
• Experience in construction, homebuilding, real estate, development, manufacturing, or other asset‑intensive industries
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and operational analytics experience
• Ability to partner with both executive leadership and operational teams
