Wealth Management Associate

Overview

We’re partnering with a growing, purpose-driven wealth management firm to add an Associate Wealth Advisor (AWA) to their Denver team. This is a direct hire opportunity (not contract), offering a clear path toward stepping into a full Wealth Advisor role over time.

This isn’t just another planning seat — it’s a chance to deepen client impact, take on more ownership, and grow into leadership within a highly collaborative environment.

• Partner with senior advisors on client strategy and meetings
• Contribute directly to client conversations (not just sit in the room)
• Build and analyze financial plans (cash flow, retirement, investments)
• Act as a key point of contact for client questions and time-sensitive needs
• Deliver a high-touch, thoughtful client experience
• Collaborate across advisory teams and internal functions
• ~5 years in wealth management or financial planning
• Series 65 required
• CFP® preferred (or willing to start within 6 months)
• Strong communicator who can simplify complex situations
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and steady under pressure
• Someone who wants more responsibility—not just a bigger title
