Join DaVita’s Global Treasury team and build your career in global cash and bank relationship management. As a Treasury Analyst, you will support cash and banking operations, M&A integrations, and international banking activities.
DaVita is a fast-paced, evolving environment where strong attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy, hit deadlines and follow policy and procedures while also supporting strategic thinking and broader business objectives. This is a hybrid position that is primarily remote; however, periodic travel will be required several times a year for in-person meetings, training, or team collaboration.
Responsibilities- Support daily cash positioning and short-term cash forecasting; analyze variances and drivers
- Execute and document treasury transactions, including funding movements, FX trades, and short-term investments
- Administer bank accounts and bank portals (user access, documentation, approvals) and signatory maintenance
- Support bank relationship management, including new service implementation, service issue resolution and bank fee analysis
- Partner cross-functionally (Accounting, Tax, AP, Legal, etc.) on treasury initiatives and process improvements, including automation and controls
- Ownership & Execution:
Takes initiative, follows through, and delivers accurate work with minimal supervision - Prioritization in a High-Volume Environment:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Statistics, Math, or a related business field
- 3+ years of corporate treasury experience (senior consideration for candidates with stronger project delivery scope)
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps (especially Excel) for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to travel several times a year
- CTP certification
- Project management experience (process improvement, automation, or system implementations, TMS Kyriba)
- Experience supporting M&A integrations (banking, cash setup, controls)
- Bank portal administration and documentation controls experience
Salary Range: $57,784.00 - $85,000.00 per year.
