Position Title: Senior Actuarial Analyst

Job Description: This role involves being present in the office 1-2 days per week to enhance collaboration while allowing flexibility in your work schedule. Senior Actuarial Analyst is responsible for completing diverse and complex projects, including high-level actuarial studies.

• Conduct thorough analysis and implementation of risk contracts, including experience analyses, pricing, filing, and settlement work, while preparing management reports for new capitation initiatives.
• Play a pivotal role in mentoring and training actuarial trainees, analysts, and specialists.
• Lead and coordinate special actuarial projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Candidate must possess a BA/BS degree and have passed at least four Society of Actuaries (SOA) actuarial exams along with a minimum of 3 years of related experience, or a combination of education and experience equivalent to the qualifications outlined.

For applicants working in person or virtually in Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, or New York, the salary range for this position is $104,016 to $170,208.
