Job Title: Electronic Banking Specialist I, II, or III

Location: 3033 East 1st Avenue, Denver, CO 80206

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Employee Type: Non‑Exempt Full‑Time

Hiring Pay Range: $19.29 – $29.07 per hour (includes $1.00 per hour Cost of Living Adjustment)

  • Electronic Banking Specialist I – $19.29 – $24.50 per hour
  • Electronic Banking Specialist II – $19.29 – $26.43 per hour
  • Electronic Banking Specialist III – $21.13 – $29.07 per hour
  • Position may be eligible for an additional $1.00 per hour in the Spanish Communication Assistant Program

Summary

Primarily responsible for obtaining files for Federal Reserve processing for all banks, processing cash management, assisting customers (internal and external), and backing up all departmental areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Obtain all ACH transfers, either through internet banking product or ACH File Transfer Processing System
  • Submit ACH files to Federal Reserve Bank and obtain 'file accepted' FRB acknowledgment for all processed ACH files
  • Process closed accounts within the iPay system
  • Assist internal customers with research, ACH, mobile, or iPay transactions
  • Assist in phone calls received from internal staff
  • Maintain attention to detail and time sensitivity
  • Verify that all ACH transfers from the internet banking product have been received and sent to FRB for end‑of‑day balancing
  • Process bill pay enrollment
  • Assist with mobile deposit review
  • Maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements and other banking regulations and policies related to the position
  • Deliver quality service as defined by departmental standards
  • Maintain confidentiality as defined by departmental standards
  • Support the company's mission, vision, and values
  • Other duties may be assigned
Education and Experience

Electronic Banking Specialist I:

  • 0–1 year of banking experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated high attention to detail and time‑management skills

Electronic Banking Specialist II:

  • 1–2 years of banking experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated high attention to detail and time‑management skills

Electronic Banking Specialist III:

  • 3+ years of banking experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated high attention to detail and time‑management skills
