Compensation: USD 95,000 - USD 125,000 per year
LocationOur corporate office is located in the Denver Tech Center. The office spans the top two floors of the building and features expansive views of the mountains and the downtown skyline. This position will be in-office 5 days a week.
Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the debt team responsible for daily debt transactions including mortgage payments, DLCs, payoffs, etc.
- Responsible for month/quarter end reconciliation reviews and approval of journal entries.
- Complete and review monthly, quarterly, and yearly variance analysis of debt and interest accounts.
- Strategize and work closely with the team to ensure month/quarter end deadlines are hit.
- Identify process inefficiencies within the current flow and work with other team members to drive process change.
- Collaborate among departments to share accounting data and improve efficiencies.
- Act as Team Leader including mentoring new hires, leading projects, and resolving issues. Participate in special projects that impact policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5-7 years related experience.
- CPA preferred.
- Experience supervising associate-level employees required.
- Knowledge and experience working with financial systems such as Workday and/or Blackline.
- Strong analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Expected pay rate of $95,000 - $125,000 plus annual target bonus.
