Controller, Finance & Banking, Financial Manager

• Lead the corporate accounting function and oversee financial reporting activities
• Manage month end, quarter end, and year end close processes
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements
• Drive process improvements and accounting efficiencies across the organization
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic financial initiatives
• Oversee compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Support audit activities and external reporting requirements
• Lead and develop accounting team members while building scalable processes
• Utilize Net Suite to support reporting, operational accounting, and financial visibility
• Collaborate cross functionally with finance, operations, and executive stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Minimum of ten years of progressive accounting leadership experience
• Prior experience within a SaaS or software environment required
• Experience supporting organizations with revenues between $500 million and $1 billion
• Deep understanding of financial reporting, controls, and corporate accounting operations
• Experience leading accounting teams in complex, growth oriented organizations
• CPA strongly preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and business partnership skills
