Overview
We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Transaction Advisory Service team within our Financial Advisory Services consulting group. In this role, you will work side‑by‑side with firm leadership and clients to deliver due diligence and transaction advisory services across buy‑side and sell‑side opportunities.
Responsibilities- Gather data, review documents, and prepare quality of earnings reports.
- Conduct research and financial analysis of target companies.
- Perform due diligence for both buy‑side and sell‑side transactions.
- Communicate with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.
- Participate in marketing and recruiting activities for the firm.
- Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally.
- Invest in your professional development through firm‑wide learning and development programs.
- Support the growth and development of team members through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy.
- 8+ years of experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction service lines.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred.
- High motivation, initiative and positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities.
- Intermediate modeling and Excel skills, experience conducting complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis, and ability to generate data‑driven insights.
- Ability to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, experience presenting analyses to management, and ability to lead and drive initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel across various industries.
- Comfortable interacting with senior level client personnel, including supporting the preparation of and participating in executive briefings.
Pay range: $179,000 – $262,000. Compensation varies based on experience, qualifications, location and other factors. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
