is seeking to hire an Associate with 1-4 years of post-undergraduate experience to be an integral member of the investment team. The Associate will support all aspects of the investment life cycle, including deal origination, execution, and portfolio company management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support deal origination through research and outreach to target companies in the lower middle market
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence on investment opportunities
- Prepare investment memoranda and materials for the Investment Committee
- Support portfolio company management and value creation initiatives
- Collaborate with the Rallyday team on strategic initiatives across the firm
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in financial analysis, entrepreneurial mindset, and passion for working with growth-oriented companies. This is a high-impact role at a firm where Associates contribute meaningfully from day one.
