OVERVIEW

We are seeking an investment-fluent planning professional to join our growing advisory team. This role blends portfolio construction, market insight, and client-facing planning, supporting a planning-led wealth management approach.

  • Support a high-performing team environment through collaboration and shared accountability.
COMMUNICATIONS

DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS
  • Strong investment intuition and curiosity about markets
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas in simple, practical terms
  • Interest in building long-term client relationships, not just managing portfolios
  • Alignment with a planning-led, advice-driven philosophy
SALARY RANGE

BENEFITS INCLUDE
  • 401(k) plan with employer match

GROWTH OPPORTUNITY

This role is designed as a core seat on the advisory team, with a path to increased responsibility in client relationships over time. High performers will have the opportunity to grow into broader advisory roles and participate meaningfully in the firm’s long-term success.
