Responsibilities
- Perform analytical reviews of NAV using exception‑based oversight tools and supplemental procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Investigate and validate exceptions identified through NAV oversight, document root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform additional periodic reviews to ensure other reported Fund accounting data, such as Fund yields, is accurate and consistent with US GAAP and regulatory guidance.
- Monitor fund expenses to support accurate NAV calculations and financial reporting.
- Perform analytical and reporting disclosure review for Financial Statements as they relate to Fund Expenses.
- Review fund expense budgets and monitor expenses for accuracy in the NAV as well as regulatory publications.
- Assist with review of various monthly invoices.
- Support product changes by coordinating and analyzing pro‑forma financial information.
- Oversee third‑party fund accounting services to ensure timely delivery, service quality, and appropriate escalation of NAV‑ and reporting‑related matters.
- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting prepared by third‑party administrators and internal board reporting teams.
- Drive resolution of identified issues by coordinating follow‑up actions and strengthening controls to reduce recurrence risk.
- Prepare and distribute periodic team reporting for internal stakeholders and external parties, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external business partners, including fund service providers, and serve as a key contact for fund‑related inquiries.
- Partner with external fund service providers to identify operational and accounting issues, propose solutions, and ensure quality and timeliness expectations are met.
- Review processes, procedures, and controls to support continuous improvement and adherence to fund oversight best practices.
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert for oversight tools.

- Five years related US mutual fund, accounting and/or audit experience, with experience performing oversight of a third‑party administrator preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong computer skills including MS Word and Excel.
- Technical understanding of fund accounting and reporting for US mutual funds, ETFs and non‑registered products.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple projects.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
- Interest in automation tools such as PowerBI, Alteryx, etc.
- Experience with automation and reporting tools.
- Experience in a supervisory or management role (not required for this position).

The base salary range for this position is $90,000–$100,000. This range is an estimate and actual pay may vary. The position will remain open through July 31, 2026. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus award.
