CO, Denver CPA - Tax Manager

Title: CPA - Tax Manager

Classification: Exempt/Full Time

Compensation: $90,000 – 125,000 + base DOE

Our Client is looking for an organized manager who can produce high-quality work while maintaining strong relationships with our current clients in the Denver market. The ability to manage multiple priorities, make decisions and take initiative while staying focused on results and the performance objectives of this job is a must. Staff development skills, ability to lead a team of professionals by example while also possessing solid time management skills are important as well.

• CPA required
• Bachelor's in Accounting or Master's in Taxation (preferred)
• 5+ years of public accounting experience in income tax preparation for individuals, partnerships/LLCs, S Corporations, C Corporations, trusts, estates, and non‑profit organizations
• Comprehensive understanding of income tax laws
• Income tax research experience and skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work > 40 hours per week during tax season
• Ability to supervise and train professional staff
• Ability to work in the U.S.
