Baker Tilly has an incredible career opportunity for an International Tax Manager—HNW focused to join our growing International Tax practice. This role is preferred for candidates located near a Baker Tilly office in Houston, Dallas, Austin or Denver.

• Advise clients on a full spectrum of international tax services including planning, research, compliance, foreign tax credit, international provisions of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, outbound and inbound structure planning and cross-border transactions.
• Lead multiple international tax engagements, ensuring the delivery of quality tax planning and consulting projects for our diverse clients.
• Build on technical competence by keeping up to date on trends, developments and technical authorities and applying them to complex situations.
• Collaborate and build relationships with Baker Tilly member firms around the world.
• Provide international tax technical guidance to tax professionals firm-wide.
• Assist with managing client engagement staffing, billings/collections, and ensure client profitability targets are met.
• Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients.
• Invest in professional development individually and through firm‑wide learning and development programs.
• Support the growth and development of team members through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy, helping associates meet their professional goals.

• 4‑year degree required.
• CPA, Law License or Enrolled Agent required.
• Five (5) or more years of experience, or a significant degree of exposure to international tax provisions, cross‑border issues, and U.S. compliance for international taxpayers—such as foreign tax credits, controlled foreign corporations, withholding regimes, and tax treaties. Professional services firm experience required.
• Two (2) or more years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates desired.
• Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, and maintain ethical knowledge and a sense of urgency for quality and timely completion of projects.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship highly preferred.

In Dallas & Frisco, TX: pay rate range is $127,700 to $167,620.

In Houston, TX: pay rate range is $133,780 to $175,600.

In Austin, TX: pay rate range is $127,700 to $167,620.

In Denver, CO: pay rate range is $133,780 to $175,600.
