Senior Financial Analyst – Excellent opportunity to transition from public accounting to a Senior Financial Analyst role!
The Senior Financial Analyst is an in-office role and will partner with leaders across the organization. The position will support budgeting, financial analysis, and operational decision-making.
The company will consider someone coming out of public accounting or out of another senior financial analyst role.
The company has a very strong preference for someone with healthcare related experience. This could include hospitals, clinics, long term care, health insurance, pharmaceutical, medical device, labs and diagnostics, mental health services.

Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst- Review spending and analyze budgets
- Prepare variance analysis
- Analyze financial and operational data for reporting
- Prepare and present financial reports
- Special project analyses
- Partner with executives and managers to improve operations
- Evaluate new initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or analytics
- CPA or Master’s degree preferred
- At least 3 years of accounting or financial analysis experience
- Healthcare related clients or experience highly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with BI tools and/or SQL a plus
- Stable job record a must
- Team player
Target base salary: $85,000 - $105,000+ DOE. Excellent benefits include health coverage, PTO, retirement, wellness, and education assistance.
