Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Funds Associate for their Denver, CO office. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in corporate and securities law, with a focus on advising investment funds and investors. Experience with private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds is preferred.
Duties- Advise investment funds throughout their lifecycle.
- Collaborate with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit.
- Manage multiple projects and articulate legal strategies effectively.
- Three to five years of relevant experience preferred.
- Active bar license in the state of the office location or commitment to obtain one.
- Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and exercise exceptional judgment.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications- Active bar license in the relevant state.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and dynamic approach to work.
