Director, Corporate FP&A

The Director, Corporate FP&A leads enterprise‑wide financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting, drives standardization of processes, tools, and reporting frameworks, and serves as the primary financial business partner to senior leaders across all corporate functions. The role provides strategic insights, executive‑level decision support, and forward‑looking analysis to inform key decisions.

• Define and drive the vision, design, and execution of core FP&A processes across the enterprise.
• Standardize and improve enterprise FP&A processes, reduce cycle time, and increase insights for decision makers.
• Collaborate with finance and FP&A leaders to enforce planning, forecasting, and reporting standards.
• Perform hands‑on tasks with direct reports, providing guidance, setting strategy, and driving performance.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure FP&A effectiveness.
• Partner with FP&A teams, business units, and functional leaders to deliver high‑quality financial analysis.
• Guide use of modern financial planning technology, AI/machine learning, and automation.
• Serve as key point of contact for FP&A process, technology, and change management.
• Drive financial performance of corporate functions and non‑US entities.
• Align business and financial plans, provide coaching on financial implications of operational choices.
• Conduct cost‑benefit and capitalization analysis for enterprise initiatives.
• Maintain capital project pipeline and manage program and portfolio reviews.
• Support annual operating plan and long‑range planning, coordinate across FP&A teams and functions.
• Lead post‑mortem reviews to improve budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Standardize dashboards, reporting, and variance analyses.
• Prepare board‑level materials and financial presentations for senior leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of general management or FP&A experience.
• Knowledge of FP&A leading practices and experience designing and implementing them in a complex environment.
• Demonstrated ability to influence at senior levels.
• Proactive catalyst for change, strong execution and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑management skills.
• Strong financial analysis, planning, and reporting expertise.
• Self‑motivated learning mindset and willingness to advance skills.
• Preferred:
  Director‑level FP&A or finance experience; experience across multiple core accounting or financial functions; proven project management with a business perspective.

Salary range $132,700 – $180,000; additional MIP bonus 20% and other incentive opportunities.
