The purpose of the Analyst, Investments and Finance is to assist with nation-wide dispositions and financing, including financial analysis associated with dispositions and financing decisions, preparing investment summaries, and working with internal and external constituents to prepare for disposition/financing closings.

• Create detailed investment analysis, including underwriting of Bell assets from a buy-side perspective
• Create sensitivity analysis around sale value, including sale vs. hold and/or sale vs. refinance analysis
• Work with Bell internal teams to implement disposition preparation measures
• Help draft internal investment summaries for Investment Committee
• Organize the disposition marketing process with brokers/owners, including Offering Memorandum creation and other associated analysis
• Coordinate information flow and disposition process with brokers, legal advisors, property management and other related parties
• Prepare management and accounting teams for property transition
• Assist with settlement statement and closing logistics
• Help manage existing debt across Bell portfolio, including monitoring of assets with near-term maturities and participating in annual budgeting process
• Complete sensitivity analysis around dispositions, including sale vs. hold and/or sale vs. refinance analysis
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to execute refinancing
• Work closely with acquisition team members on new debt origination

• Help develop and maintain strong customer service relationships
• Must display a professional demeanor at all times
• Flexibility in working hours and travel as required to accomplish the work

• BA/BS in business or related field and at least one (1) year of work experience in a relevant field
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite to include Excel
