As a Senior Mortgage Operations Partner (LP2), you'll play a vital role in our top-producing team, supporting mortgage loan origination officers with your unique blend of sales expertise and exceptional customer service.
You’ll manage loan files from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships will be key to helping us grow our business. Compensation is flex base salary + bonuses based on experience. Our goal is for every employee to be a 6-figure earner regardless of role.
