Position Overview
Full‑time Teller within PNC's Retail Banking organization, based in Denver, CO at the Cherry Creek branch. The role is in‑office and requires collaboration with colleagues to deliver an inclusive, high‑quality customer experience.
Job DescriptionDelivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial well‑being and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet by:
- Processing a variety of customer interactions.
- Educating customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions.
- Identifying banking opportunities during the customer interaction and referring as appropriate.
- Performing lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
- Educating customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources.
- Applying product and procedural knowledge to solve the customer’s problems.
- Adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- Ensuring teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.

Work experience at this level typically does not require a university / college degree. High school diploma, GED, or comparable credentials may be considered. Prior experience is not required.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $33,000.00 – $55,000.00. Salary may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
