As a Treasury Analyst, you will gain valuable exposure to corporate treasury operations and play a pivotal role in managing critical functions such as daily cash and bank account management, M&A, international treasury relationships, and more.

DaVita is a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment where no two days are alike. This role requires strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy, hit deadlines, and follow policy & procedures while also having the ability to shift to strategic thinking and consider broader business objectives.

This is a hybrid position that is primarily remote; however, periodic travel will be required several times a year for in-person meetings, training, or team collaboration.

What You’ll Do:
  • Take full ownership of multiple Treasury projects simultaneously, managing priorities, deadlines, and resources in a high-demand, constantly changing environment.
  • Proactively manage and execute tasks with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong project management skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Maintain and support the daily cash position, short-term forecast, execute fund transfers, FX trades, and investments.
  • Facilitate effective meetings and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of key initiatives, ensuring both departmental and organizational success.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills by analyzing and resolving challenges that arise in Treasury processes.
  • Continuously seek new opportunities to improve processes and add value to the team.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Statistics, Math, or a related business field.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) highly preferred.
  • 3+ years of Corporate Treasury knowledge and experience.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to travel several times a year.

Salary:

The Salary Range for the role is $57,784.00-$85,000.00 per year.
