Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Wealth Advisor to join our Trust & Family Office division. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree and a professional designation (e.g., CFP®, CFA®, ChFC®) and has at least 10 years of experience in the financial industry, including 5 years in direct client advisory.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Maintain and expand existing client relationships, ensuring successful transition and retention.
- Prepare and conduct regular portfolio review meetings to assess performance, risk tolerance, cash‑flow planning, and due diligence.
- Develop new business opportunities and retain current clientele.
- Build & cultivate a network of referral sources.
- Provide comprehensive wealth advisory services to diverse clientele.
- Collaborate with in‑house specialists in estate planning, retirement planning, tax and insurance.
- Evaluate financial portfolios, goals, objectives, and cash‑flow needs; mitigate risk with tailored solutions.
- Rebalance portfolios as needed.
- Deliver comprehensive aggregated account information across all client assets.
- Prepare and present detailed client reviews with analysts.
- Work closely with clients’ external advisors to mitigate income and estate taxes.
- Analyze entire financial portfolios to identify risks and opportunities.
- Review client estate plans to ensure efficient wealth transfer.
- Collaborate with Trust & Family Office colleagues for highest service level.
- Minimum of 5 years delivering advisory services to affluent clients.
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance or related).
- Proven experience growing and establishing client relationships and assets.

Expected annual range: $150 k – $300 k. Final pay determined by relevant experience, qualifications, credentials, client portfolio and market factors. Bonus and benefits may also apply.
