Dealer Relationship Representative
This position is responsible for establishing, maintaining and monitoring indirect lending relationships. This position will be required to meet regularly with indirect lending partners, communicate policy and procedures, and monitor application and funding data. Communication skills, ability to generate reports, analyze data, and recommend strategy will be the primary focus of this role.
What will be expected of me?- Works directly with dealer staff, including Finance Managers, Sales Managers, and Administrative staff, when appropriate.
- Daily monitoring of auto loans through analysis of data and reports.
- Completes reporting and analysis, along with recommendations, which will be requested by management.
- Educates dealers on policies, procedures, and any program/pricing changes.
- Represents Westerra at community events.
- Maintains knowledge of all guidelines pertaining to consumer credit laws, federal, and state regulations to ensure the Credit Union is in compliance.
- Delivers Westerra Experience (WX) and Ways to Be with every interaction.
- Other duties as assigned.

What am I bringing? Experience/Education:
- Minimum 2 years’ lending experience in a financial institution required
- Detailed knowledge of automotive financing required
- 2+ years’ indirect dealer experience preferred
- Knowledge of fiscal management and loan policies and procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (ability to turn data into a graph)
- Can be accountable for the completion of assigned tasks and projects with supervision
- Uses judgement with supervision
- Understands the basic business line and operating environment
- Able to handle problems that are not particularly difficult nor complex
- Hybrid: Typically, a dispersed, flexible team environment both on Westerra campus (at least 2x/week) and remote. Employees must reside in Colorado or be willing to relocate prior to starting employment. Residency is required for payroll and state tax purposes.

Salary
: in addition to the starting hourly rate of $24 - $30, this role is also eligible for Westerra’s self-funding reward plan. This plan pays out a cash incentive annually if Westerra hits specific criteria tied to financial goals and this role has a direct impact on the outcome of those results!
