Ares Management is looking for a Senior Associate in Real Estate Portfolio Management. In this role, you’ll support the firm’s investment activities through financial analysis and reporting. You’ll work closely with various teams to evaluate asset performance and assist in managing financial models. What You’ll Do- Manage financial models and forecasts for real estate investments.
- Lead property valuation processes and analyses.

- Assist with investor due diligence and requests.
- Stay updated on market trends and property performance.

- 5-7 years of experience in commercial real estate, investment banking, or data science.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, engineering, data science, or a related field.
- Experience with financial modeling and valuation.
- Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with tools like Power BI, SQL, and Argus is a plus.
- Ability to analyze financial data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
