The firm focuses on partnering with lower middle-market businesses across consumer-driven and service-oriented sectors, taking a hands‑on approach to long‑term value creation. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on all aspects of the investment lifecycle while gaining meaningful exposure to both deal execution and portfolio company strategy
Position OverviewThe Associate will play a key role in evaluating new opportunities, supporting active investments, and helping drive strategic initiatives across a select group of portfolio companies. This role offers significant responsibility and direct interaction with leadership, providing exposure that goes beyond a typical junior investing role.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research, financial analysis, and due diligence for prospective investments
- Build and maintain complex financial and operating models
- Interpret large datasets to identify key trends and actionable insights
- Utilize AI‑driven tools and workflows to enhance productivity and analysis
- Prepare investment materials for internal decision‑makers and external stakeholders
- Support ongoing portfolio monitoring, including reporting and performance tracking
Assist in evaluating strategic growth opportunities within portfolio companies - Participate in sourcing potential acquisition opportunities and industry networking
- Collaborate with management teams on ad hoc projects and operational initiatives
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
- Strong interest in consumer markets and industry dynamics within the U.S.
- Proven financial modeling and valuation capabilities
- Experience supporting M&A transactions
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self‑starter with the ability to manage responsibilities independently
